Earth Gleam (Pty) Ltd is a company that focuses on Waste Management and Recycling
services. It is based in South Africa, with its head office in Midrand, and it is 100% black
owned by women.
The objective of this company is to add value by saving the environment, contributing positively to people’s lives and to the economy of our country.
The business was started to address the challenge of poor waste management which has seen the bulk of waste ending up on landfills, while there are many opportunities to recycle the waste. Recycling will create many jobs while also improving the people’s standard of living, comprehensive waste management, supply of bins, skips, waste vehicle, and provision of waste recovery facility is our core function. We are also passionate about helping the waste pickers to improve their working conditions.
